Shipping, Delivery, and FAQ

How will I get my items?

We offer three methods for getting your items from Stellar Goods!

1. DELIVERY: for residents of Wilmington.  Free for orders over $60, $5 for orders less than $60.  Email stellargoodsILM@gmail.com to schedule your delivery.  Delivery may not be available on the exact day you request, but we will try to accommodate as best we can!

2. PICKUP:  Pickup is available at upcoming popups, or during coordinated weekend pickup times.  Email stellargoodsILM@gmail.com to schedule your pickup.

3. SHIPPING:  Good ol' fashioned shipping is available as well.  Shipping charges will be paid by the purchaser at checkout and depend on item weight.

 

Do you allow returns?

You may exchange merchandise within 7 days for another item or store credit.  Items must be unused and in original condition.  If you may make an exchange via mail, you (the buyer) will be responsible for applicable shipping costs.  If you have a question about your item, if it was damaged in transit, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us at stellargoodsILM@gmail.com.

 

What if my item breaks?

Items that break due to normal wear and tear or freak accidents will not be replaced.
